In particular, the image of General Võ Nguyên Giáp – an outstanding military leader of the Vietnamese people is recreated in a familiar image of everyday life. Each work in the exhibition is recorded with the artist’s own emotions through the lens of the camera, through the language of painting with lines, colors. Particularly with fine arts, the power of the language of creating shapes with lines, colors always has a great advantage, conveying quickly, strongly, and emotionally.

In the painting “Embroidery group” by Trần Đông Lương, we see the image of young girls with skillful hands sewing to produce sophisticated quality products. Trần Đông Lương is a very good painter in drawing, his silk paintings always have strong shapes, clear light while still maintaining the smoothness of the silk material. The image of the young women in this work bear his mark, which is the gentle, elegant look of urban girls even though they are working hard. The beauty of labor is warmly radiated in the image of Hà Nội women in the 50s.
Or the work “Thái Nguyên Steel Complex” by artist Bùi Trang Chước opens up a broad vision of the massive landscape, the urgency, and the positive working atmosphere of the workers at the iron and steel industrial park.
Countless combinations of strokes are meticulously depicted by the artist to create a harmonious whole. Looking at the painting, one can see the effort in researching shapes and sketching to be able to build such a great work.
